Brexit: United Kingdom We Are Not

The clock is ticking, oh yeah it's ticking... and our present position on Brexit is progressively divided among senior cabinet ministers. Having read Theresa May's latest Sunday Times article, I found myself yet again responding to her mouth-piece for the article can only be described as a Brexit confidence issue; an over-elaboration of political concepts rather than anything of substance. Convoluted ideas floating around the cabinet resembling fairies searching for a singular rainbow of all colours during nightfall.

Just imagine if Blighty didn't have this constitutional crisis which will house retributions of unmentionable ills? The benefactor would be us, duly of the notion societal systematic malfunctions, social discrimination and social cleansing will cease. And better still our national constitution would be in a far better place than it is today, allowing the United Kingdom to be sowing the united front in unison rather than self-harming on the global stage. Why I guess May refers to the 'noisy debate' as being a distraction, for a few this could mean democracy taking place; thus for a Prime Minster who proudly calls herself 'a bloody difficult woman;' its simply noise, nothing more. Obviously we require a reminder of what the mission is in regards to negotiating with our EU counterparts, otherwise the rainbow will abscond during nightfall. In case you didn't know, May informs us... "Brexit provides the opportunity to build a new relationship with the EU"; news for EU's trade negotiators I am sure...  naturally the strategy is to offer them (the EU) nothing to mull over prior to the next round of trade negotiations. Regretfully, this doesn't offer the nation confidence, nor was worthy of reiterating again.

Irony is littered like confetti at a wedding to put it politely, May gifts the reader a glimpse into her own isolated theorems - that defies gravity, let alone oratory gravitas and implies her vision of Brexit somehow will magnify super-unilateral-trade-agreements to the UK ----- indeed, logistics can yodel from the French Alps... knowing full well that Britain's values, tolerance and innovation is a far greater bargaining tool than a meagre 500 million consumers - fast-growing nations outlandishly seek out values as a priority, why all the sweatshops in Asia are being told to close down, due to them breaching health and safety standards. Remarkably British values are so valuable for emerging Asian markets that they're willing to engage in even 'sweatier sweatshops' to offer logistically crunching deals for a greater sovereign nation like the UK. Now, folk can spend more money on the 'sweatiershop' High Street, all provided by the little hands of a six year old who craves for bread to feed her aging parents of thirty years old.

When May talks of fast-growing nations she's referring to Vietnam, India, Bangladesh and Pakistan - they all boast of close to five percent annual growth over the next twenty five years. Bangladesh in particular had 7.3% annual growth in 2017; 'sweatier sweatshops' harvesting the Bangladesh growth spurt, notably a beacon of ultra-annual-growth Britain can aspire to ----- as the idiom proclaims 'many little hands make light work.'  Odiously, the main issue for May is our national constitution itself, meh, yuck, yuck... is liberal and as Lord Mandleson announced: "The idea is to coordinate a crusade to take Britain out of the European Union so that it compromises a nation's economic interest and constitution; just for a piece of rhetorical power, that means nothing in truth. If the so-called elite could speak openly, you'll find an alarming number despise liberal politics at ubiquitous angles."  To validate Brexit after the designated transitional period requires an absolute breakdown of an united constitution that binds Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland together with England.

For those who see this as nonsensical 'Remainer' claptrap - I pay reference to the in spirit verification our UK is not bound by a written constitution per se, instead an un-codified one suits the bill; enabling laws, regulations, agreements and treaties to be united under a common interest. By which a plethora of them were made and tagged onto the Great Charter of the Liberties of England 1215. Brexit has the ability to unlock agreements and disable the un-codified constitution, leaving the UK not remotely united - hence, orphaning Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. I am referring the Good Friday Agreement (1998) and Scotland Independence Referenda (2014) whereby united integral measures were drawn up and now Brexit will unceremoniously tear them apart; thus leaving a un-codified national crisis. What May doesn't want the nation to compute is the unraveling of the Good Friday Agreement via not being a EU member, the breach dissolves not just the agreement but 'perceived constitution' of the UK. Again, not the sort of dialogue she'll write in 'The Sunday Times' while you tuck into roast pork. Naturally, I'll expand and relay the precise clause.

In the 'Constitutional Issues' section of the Good Friday Agreement (1998) it's claimed all concerned have to recognise the legitimacy of whatever choice is freely exercised by the majority of the people of Northern Ireland in regards to its status. In the EU Referendum 55.77% of Northern Ireland voted to "Remain" in the European bloc. Therefore, if the so-called UK breaches the democratic rights of the Northern Irish people on March 29th 2019 by changing our EU status into a designated transitional status to leave the EU; a new United Ireland will legitimately be a sovereign state. In reality, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland border discourse is triviality in comparison. Part five of the 'Safeguards' - reports on the Human Rights aspect of the GFA and this involves the ECHR and any other Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland supplementing their status. Worth noting that infringes from public bodies and the Assembly cannot disrespect Northern Ireland's vote to Remain in the EU status, without breaching the ECHR. Old wounds will reopen leaving the Irish Nationists validity to establish an United Ireland; all contrived by the fascists at Westminster.

There's a democratically infused constitutional crisis looming up in Scotland and it stems back from the Scottish Independence Referendum in 2014, whereby only compatriot agreements (little more than goodwill gestures) not laws unify our cherish kingdom - thus, any minuscule status changes will create loopholes beyond repair.  I campaigned tirelessly leading up to June 2016 to alert angst nationalists that the UK's un-codified constitution wouldn't stand up against withdrawing from EU membership.  The hatred exposed on their faces is now permanently etched in my memory, death threats were sent unheeded; apologies, I digress; albeit it outlines the enormity of the divide. Nearing two years on the Brexit mantra continues totally in denial of what the implications are, for now its the first time in history that the Scottish parliament refused a legislative consent motion (LCM) from Westminster in correspondence to the EU Withdrawal Bill. And yet the clock is ticking....

It's no coincidence that the far-right contagion was energised by the Brexit vote, because since then the West is in a domino-effect social and morale debacle and the rest of the world is watching on in interest. Duly because in their eyes the West is ideologically imploding. Soon the West's influence won't be worth anything and I say this knowing full well the two working groups chaired by key parliamentarians are studying the customs partnership and the strangest of abbreviated terms ever 'max-fac' -- a technology identity system that won't be ready for at least four years! Anyone with any common sense would quickly recognise this is an invalid quest and worse still a waste of time, time May and her shambolic administration haven't got. I spoke to a colleague of hers in response to her 'Sunday Times' article: I was cautiously informed she doesn't know how to keep promises and May is haplessly creating a toxic indictment whereby any debate will unleash major fault lines, to agree to such ill-advised legislation goes against the ECHR - a possible mutiny is on the horizon. The painful factor is Britain requires a visionary a proven pioneering mind to provide substance not pleas to the public.... why indulge with the latter? She writes as if she's incessantly trying to gain credit for nothing.... and when gifted the opportunity to offer ultra-visionary-clarity... 'it's trust me to deliver Brexit!'

We're not the nation that once guided English law over the centuries, that inadvertently got nations to copy our blueprint.  Notably the written constitution of the United States of America and far greater laws such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and not forgetting the Acts of Union of 1707. What we have today is something bedazzling inferior to our immeasurably great bygone epoch ---- our current administration is highlighting how far we've not evolved and there's an immense sense our current debacles aren't just a pungent stench written in the 'Sunday Times' but a message to the rest of the world we're no longer an United Kingdom, for those who disagree...  you're openly advocating an intolerable environment fit for a tyrannical state.
